The two flex buildings total about 140,000 sf, with 110,000 sfof that currently available. The larger of the two is the101,000-sf 21 Commerce Dr., a single-story building constructed in1985. The current availability is just more than 70,000 sf,divisible to 25,920 and 44,493 sf. The building has 24-foot clearceilings.

The second building, the 40,000-sf 49 Stouts Ln., is currentlyunder construction and available in its entirely. It will have18-foot clear ceilings, is divisible to 6,000 sf and is approvedfor manufacturing, assembly, distribution, research, office andother commercial purposes.
