SCHAUMBURG, IL-Navistar Financial Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of International Truck and Engine Corp., has expanded its lease to approximately 83,385 sf at 425 Martingale Rd. in the Woodfield Corporate Center, here. Navistar, which has been a tenant in the office building since January 2005, is expanding by 25,385 sf. The term of the lease was not disclosed.

Mark Smith, SVP with CB Richard Ellis, represented the building owner in the lease transaction. Woodfield Corporate Center has a total of 711,532 sf in 425 Martingale Rd. and 475 Martingale Rd. The complex was acquired in December 2007 by a joint venture between an affiliate of General Electric Pension Trust and Lincoln Property Co., says Fritz Schaupp, SVP with Lincoln Property Co.
