"A lot of people are interested in the building," Justin M.Soss, executive vice president of KarMar Realty Group tellsGlobeSt.com. "Different types of investors, businesses and officeusers have looked at this site."

A computer-marketing company used to lease the entire building,but it downsized and moved elsewhere. Later, a school for mentallydisabled adults came into the property. Now the building is almosttotally vacant, according to Soss.

The sales and leasing prices for the building are "prettystandard for that area" according to Soss. A client list was notnamed, and Soss would not disclose if buying bids had been made forthe building.
