The property consists of five single-story buildings that arecurrently 95% leased, according to Robert Shapiro, chairman of theNew York-based Oestreicher Properties. The current availability ofapproximately 3,500 sf is listed with an asking price of $16.50 persf.

Located at 29 Emmons Dr., just off Route One, Princeton CommerceCenter was built in the mid-70s on 8.6 acres. The complex has beenrenovated on an ongoing basis since 1999, according to Shapiro. Itsmajor tenants are the Goddard School, a pre-school; and BioWa, abiopharmaceutical company that uses the site as itsheadquarters.
