COPPELL, TX-Honeywell International Inc., penciling a June move-in, plans to fill the last 73,899 sf in the 375,000-sf Belt Line Trade Center. Delivering just eight months ago, the office/warehouse hit 100% occupancy with a 64-month lease as the close-out deal.

“If I had the land, I’d start another one there,” John Leinbaugh, vice president of leasing for Atlanta-based IDI, tells, citing the fast-paced lease-up of the spec project at 346 Belt Line Rd. The office/warehouse has been divvied among four tenants.
