MIAMI-Longtime commercial veteran Don Cartwright has resigned assenior vice president of DTZ Rockwood's Miami office to joinCushman & Wakefield of Florida as director of leasing for thefirm's client solutions practice. He has been appointed to leadleasing and marketing initiatives for the 1.1 million-sf WachoviaFinancial Center in Downtown Miami, the largest class A officetower in Florida.

"I have leased a number of prestigious towers in the Miamimarket and there's none more prestigious in the state of Floridathan Wachovia Financial Center," Cartwright tells GlobeSt.com. "Themarket in Downtown Miami, which includes Brickell Avenue, isexperiencing the highest occupancy in history. There is quite a bitof product being delivered, so one of the missions I want toaccomplish is to continue to keep Wachovia Financial Center at theforefront."
