The new location will complement Nordstrom's full-line store atThe Westchester mall in White Plains. The only other Nordstrom Racklocation in New York State is at the Mall at the Source inHempstead on Long Island.

The $350-million City Center, a residential-retail-entertainmentcomplex, totals 1.1 million sf and was opened in Oct. 2003. Thecomplex, developed and owned by Cappelli Enterprises of Valhalla,NY, features 400,000 sf of retail, which includes Barnes &Noble, Circuit City, Filene's Basement, Target and New York SportsClub.
