Besides Feigenbaum, JER has brought on board several managers toassist with capital raising and fund management. James Green andMark Chamieh are joining JER Partners as managing directors. Theywill raise capital and develop capital-raising teams for thecompany's private equity funds. Green was global head of marketingand client relations at Citigroup Property Investors. Chamieh, whohas not yet joined JER but will be in place by May, was managingdirector and head of global business development at UBS GlobalAsset Management in London.
Another new hire is Dwight Arnesen, the new managing director ofUS Fund Investment Management. He joins JER from Starwood CapitalGroup, where he was managing director of Acquisitions in NorthAmerica. According to Feigenbaum, additional hires will be revealedsoon.
