When completed, it will have 10 medical units of between 1,500and 2,500 sf, with the space available for both rental andcondominium purchase, according to Jon Mills, principal of D6. Thebuilding is being marketed by Ron Numon of the Clinton, NJ officeof Weichert Realtors.

"The approvals are now in place and we anticipate a springgroundbreaking," confirms Matthew Jarmel, principal of JarmelKizel, also of Livingston, whose firm designed the project. "Wewere able to facilitate the approval process and obtain bothmunicipal and county approvals, which were complex due to the needfor a use variance."

Located in this city's downtown area, the site is accessible toI-80 and several other routes. The site plan includes parking for150 cars.
