The firm is the managing agentfor the building. Gerry Miovski, a SVP along with associate BarryFinkelman of CBRE represented HealthSTAR. A CBRE source tellsGlobeSt.com that they are unable to provide takings rents or anaggregate lease value at this time; however a GVA Williams sourcetells GlobeSt.com that the aggregate value of the lease is justover $1 million.
