The LLC is a group of 12 cancer specialists, including JamesLloyd Wade, who formed the group to own and manage the building.The estimated cost of the project is $15 million, says HarryPickrell, VP of development for Lillibridge.

The group of physicians currently leases space at 2880 N.Monroe, here, Pickrell says. The single-story facility will be on a6.5-acre site adjacent to the Decatur Memorial Hospital Campus,Pickrell says. The building will have medical and radiationoncology services. Approximately half of the building will beleased by Decatur Memorial Hospital with the rest of the space usedby the physicians of Baker's Dozen. Construction is expected tobegin this fall and take about 12 months to complete.
