Joining the tenant mix will be Tulsa-based QuikTrip Corp., whichtook 52,475 sf, and Australian-based Macquarie Group, which ropedoff 39,700 sf in the 137,000-sf warehouse at 1075 S. Belt Line Rd.QuikTrip will open a regional operations center, including abakery, in August while Macquarie is turning on its lights at theend of this month, Al Sorrels, vice president of City of Industry,CA-based Majestic Realty, tells GlobeSt.com.

Sorrels says QuikTrip's finish-out will have 8,000 sf of officeand a high-end bakery to supply locations in Dallas/Fort Worth withfresh-baked goods and deli food. "It's a good improvement for thebuilding," he says. Representing QuikTrip was Michael Peinado, vicepresident of Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co.

Macquarie's build-out will have 9,000 sf of office and a highlytechnical production area for its IT operation, according toSorrels. The company, as a result of a buyout, is relocating adivision from 10,000 sf in Richardson, TX, he says.
