XO has been atenant in the building since October 1997 and renewed its lease for32,210 sf, Mertins says. Alex Smith, with Cushman & Wakefield,represented XO in the lease transaction. Jon Springer and TimReynolds, both with CB Richard Ellis, represented ClearblueTechnologies in the lease transaction. Clearblue Technologies hasbeen a tenant in the building since October 1999 and renewed itslease for 16,780 sf, Mertins says.

The building at 800 Jorie Blvd. and the 64,296-sf building at810 Jorie Blvd. have a combined occupancy rate of 43%, Mertinssays. Other tenants include AboveNet Communications Inc. andNorlight Communications. The former Chicago Bridge and Ironbuildings have visibility from 22nd Street and are near the OakBrook Shopping Center.
