Sara Lee will move into 3425 E. Van Buren St. in July. "Thiswill be a just-in-time distribution facility for its bakedproducts," Mark Krison, senior vice president with CB RichardEllis' Phoenix office, tells GlobeSt.com. The Downers Grove,IL-based Sara Lee operates several bakery and distribution sites inthe metro.

Krison worked with CBRE colleagues Scott D. German and Carole M.Uhrig to represent the building's owner, LNR Property Corp. ofNewport Beach, CA. Thomas Louer, principal of Phoenix-based Lee& Associates, was the tenant's representative.

Washington Airport Center has industrial condominiums for saleand lease. Krison says the owner is asking about $115 per sf, withthe space divisible to 13,000 sf. In the latest sale, a CBRE pressrelease reports that Wesco Distributing of Pittsburgh got an82,450-sf spot for $8 million or $97 per sf. The buyer's broker wasDavid Koch of Dallas-based Fischer & Co.'s Pittsburgh officewhile the CBRE sales team included German, Uhrig and senior vicepresident Robert Crum.
