The Horsham, PA-based Tollwould also make a contribution to off-site affordable housing.Architecturally, Toll's plans as designed by Carol R. JohnsonAssociates of Boston, call expansive setbacks of buildings andpreservation of the façade of the shuttered Manischewitz matzofactory.

The site includes two adjacent full-block parcels bordered byWarren St. and Marin Blvd. on either side of Provost St. Thelocation is withinthe city-designated Powerhouse Arts District, which consists ofnine blocks of underutilized warehouse and five adjacent blocks onthe Hudson River waterfront.
