PRINCETON, NJ-Two new tenants have signed on at Hilton Realty’s 902 Carnegie Center, bringing the year-old class A office building to 68% occupancy. The latest signings amount to a total of 17,424 sf.

Most of that space was taken by Opinion Research Corp., which will use its 15,442 sf on the second floor of the five-story, 135,399-sf building as its US and global headquarters. The tenant was represented by Jeanine Dresch and Peter Dodds of locally-based Morford & Dodds, while Hilton Realty, also based locally, was represented in-house by Matt Malatich, Mark Hill and Jon Brush.
