The North Texas Data Exchange shows the 297,481-sf Crossings IIhas 211,102 sf of available space. It is being marketed for $18 persf on an annual basis plus electricity by Thompson Realty Corp.'sBarbara Bennett and Art Kline. The asset is owned by LaurelProperty Association LP of Dallas.

The Republic Group's headquarters is 5525 LBJ Frwy., a115,000-sf structure that was sold in November 2004. Ellermanteamed with the brokerage house's vice president Jeff Staubach tonegotiate the expansion lease.
