The project, on Rose Hill Road between Barnegat Ave. and Route 9in this Ocean County community, will total 258 units at build-out.The initial phase includes all 107 townhouses slated for theproject, and the subsequent phases will add 52 rental apartmentsand 99 single-family homes. The 52 rental apartments will beaffordable housing units that will help the town meet itsstate-mandated affordable housing goal.
And a number of the townhouse units were sold duringpreconstruction, Walters marketing and sales manager PamelaSchuster tells GlobeSt.com. "This will be a beautiful, well-plannedcommunity," she says. "We're very encouraged by the good amount oftraffic we're getting."
