The property was acquired by the New York-based Post StorageManagement LLC, from Tuck Away Mini Storage Inc., a locally-basedcompany. Both sides in the deal were represented by brokers fromthe Sperry Van Ness National Self Storage Team, specificallynational director Nicholas J. Malagisi in Williamsville, NY, andsenior self storage advisor Costas Hrousis in Allentown, PA.
"Despite the turmoil in the capital markets, there are alwaysbuyers with capital for good quality projects," says Malagisi, in aprepared statement. "We are seeing a significant number of buyersstep up to purchase properties and continue to build on theirportfolios."
