The building was constructed in 2001 in the Territorial BusinessPark. The building has 56,000 sf of office space and 16 exteriordocks. The property is fully leased to Goss International, whichmakes printing presses and other equipment for printers andpublishers, Walsh says. The property is near Interstate 55 and hasvisibility from the highway.

Michael Caprile, Ted Staszak, Stephanie Park and TraciBuckingham, all with CB Richard Ellis, represented the seller inthe transaction. The building was acquired for Wrightwood'sIndustrial Property Fund III and is the 19th acquisition for thefund. The fund is 90% committed and is expected to have a value ofclose to $200 million, Walsh tells GlobeSt.com.
