JACKSONVILLE, FL-After evaluating several other options in themarket, Bacardi USA Inc. has decided to renew its 300,000-sf leaseat at One Imeson Park Boulevard here. Wayne Schuchts and Ed Lydenof Staubach Co.'s Miami office represented Bacardi in thefive-year, $6-million transaction.
Bacardi, a leading sprits producer and widely recognized rumbrand, uses the space for domestic distribution. It decided torenew because of the center's proximity to the company's modelingplant four miles away, and its convenience to the Port ofJacksonville.
