Switch and Data would not return GlobeSt.com queries bydeadline. CB Richard Ellis' Snezana Anderson and Leonard DiMicelli,both senior vice presidents, represented the tenant. GVA Williams'Robert Getreu represented the landlord. CBRE was not able to answerGlobeSt.com queries by deadline. Getreu tells GlobeSt.com thatasking rent at the building is $65 per sf, but cannot offer more atthis time due to security reasons.
According to MrOfficeSpace.com, the property includes tenantssuch as Sprint Communications, AT&T, Bell Canada, FiberNetTelecom, MCI Telecommunications, Metropolitan Fiber Systems, QwestCommunications, Sirius Telecommunications, Telx Communications, andWorldCom.
