Switch and Data would not return queries bydeadline. CB Richard Ellis' Snezana Anderson and Leonard DiMicelli,both senior vice presidents, represented the tenant. GVA Williams'Robert Getreu represented the landlord. CBRE was not able to queries by deadline. Getreu tells thatasking rent at the building is $65 per sf, but cannot offer more atthis time due to security reasons.
