Riverwalk Arizona, located at Via deVentura and Indian Bend Road in Scottsdale, was a finalist.Ultimately, Chandler Airport Center's parking and the freewayidentity along Loop 202 made it the winner.

The winning building's quoted rate is $25.50 per sf, gross. Opuscompleted Chandler Airport Center I in the past six months. Itstwin, Chandler Airport Center II, soon will be completed. Robert H.Crum, a CBRE senior vice president in Phoenix, represents OpusWest.
