Howard has more than24 years in the commercial real estate industry and was a principalat Lee & Associates, as well as one of the founders of the Lee& Associates National Accounts Group.

Before that he was the founder and chief executive officer ofResource Commercial Real Estate Co. He also is a former director ofreal estate at TRW and was a senior real estate manager for Macy'sDepartment stores.

[IMGCAP(2)]Sawdon, who has more than 25 years of real estateexperience both as a broker and licensed sales associate inColorado and California, was a senior associate with the Lee &Associates National Accounts Representation Group servingcorporations and investors. Before that he was with ResourceCommercial and before that he held senior executive positions witha national real estate outsourcing company based in SouthernCalifornia, specializing in commercial and residential assetmanagement and valuations outsourcing in all 50 states and PuertoRico.

The hirings of Howard and Sawdon follow a strategy, previouslyreported on GlobeSt.com, in which DAUM is expanding its servicelines. As DAUM execs explained it in interviews with GlobeSt.com, acore component of the company's strategy is to expand to newmarkets and offer a broader service profile.
