Inthis capacity, he will manage information systems, human resources,marketing and sales departments, as well as help the CEO bring innew business opportunities and development of projects. Reed hasoverseen several considerable luxury condominium projects,including the Raffaello in Chicago and the Metropolitan in thefinancial district of San Francisco.

LIVINGSTON, NJ-Michael Petrak and David Schwarz have joined thisNew York/New Jersey/Connecticut tri-state area multifamilybrokerage firm as sales associations. Together, they bring morethan a decade of real estate experience to the company. Petrak, whowill concentrate on the Passaic and Essex county markets, comes toGebroe-Hammer from a local brokerage firm. Meanwhile, Schwarz isleading the company's expansion into New York's Rockland, Dutchessand Orange county markets. He recently came to the country fromSwitzerland, where he spent six years working in the Swiss andGerman real estate markets.
