Located at the intersection of Grand Avenue and Peyton Drive,the Shoppes at Chino Hills was designed by retail architect Altoon+ Porter as part of a new, 750,000-sf master-planned project thatwill include civic, office, retail, restaurant and residentialuses. The 50-acre development site is expected to create a newdowntown for the City of Chino Hills, notes Jeff Hill, vicepresident at Opus West Corp.

The signing of the new retail tenants follows the recent signingof the new headquarters lease by Jacuzzi Brands Corp. to relocatethe Jacuzzi headquarters into 30,813 sf at the Shoppes at ChinoHills. The six-year office lease is one of the largest ever signedin the Chino Valley.

The Jacuzzi headquarters will sit atop retail shops. It willinclude a luxury showroom, a private entry, operable windows, abalcony overlooking the Chino Valley and immediate access to morethan 70 retailers.
