The Robert Half lease comes on the heels of several othersmaller office leases at Bishop Ranch in the past 60 days, including a 23,000-sf lease by Chubb Insurance, a 22,000-sf leaseby Edgewood Insurance, a 19,000-sf lease by Del Monte Foods and a12,000-sf lease by the UC Davis Graduate School of Management, which is moving its MBA program there. The leases loweredavailability in the 5 million sf Sunset owns there to approximately10%, Hagopian says, adding that "when that vacancy is spread over40 buildings it's not a lot."

Bishop Ranch, mainly an office development, is home to over 500companies, 40 of them Fortune 500 companies, including the worldheadquarters of Chevron, which occupies about 2 million sf.
