Aviall took 13,102 sf through a seven-year lease. The Dallas,TX-headquartered Aviall is a subsidiary of Boeing CommercialAviation Services. The company, which is paying above the $.79 persf ask because of significant TIs, will take possession of itsspace at Dobson and Broadway Roads during mid-summer, 2008.

Appliance Parts Depot, also headquartered in Dallas, will moveinto its 4,447-sf space within the next few weeks. The companysigned a five-year lease that came just under its $.89 per sfasking rate, as the company is contributing its own tenantimprovements.

Situated on 52 acres, Broadway 101 Commerce Park was built intwo phases. The Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co. completed thefirst phase in 2006, while recently putting finishing touches onthe 404,000-sf phase two. Cooper Sutherland, Lincoln Property Co.'sfinance and development manager says a tenant will be signing alease for 6,500 sf in the second phase during June, with a move-inanticipated by late summer.
