Sheffield Medical, at 1938 Peachtree Road near PiedmontHospital, has approximately 72,000 rentable sf of office space andis 80% leased. Southern Crescent Centers, at 81 and 83 UpperRiverdale Road, have 41,000 sf and 57,000 sf, respectively.
With the addition of the Universal Health assignment, PM Realtyleases, manages and provides engineering services for 19 million sfof commercial real estate in the Atlanta market. Notable buildingsinclude Bank of America Plaza, One Buckhead Plaza, RiverEdge Summitand the Lenox Building.
