WalterMurphy and Sally Macoicz, both with Cushman & Wakefield,represented Principal Financial. The company has occupied 194,514sf in the building since 2006, soon after it was completed.
The tenant, which manufactures store fixtures, relocated fromSouth Holland, IL, according to a released statement. The buildingwas developed by Tinley Park, IL-based TCB Development, has 30 feetclear ceilings. This facility is in the University CrossingIndustrial Park, located about two miles north of the four-wayinterchange at Monee/Manhattan Road and I-57. There is anotherbuilding at the site, 500 Crossings, which is available fordistribution or manufacturing use.
