Built in 1985 and now owned by the Purchase, NY-based National Realty & Development Co., Kohl's Plaza is anchored by its namesake department store, a long-time tenant, and Stein Mart. The latter signed on to co-anchor the property this past August, taking a total of 37,000 sf. The shopping center has also undergone substantial renovations over the past year, involving the property's facade, canopies and landscaping.
"With the recent and significant renovation efforts, Kohl's Plaza is proving to be more attractive than ever to consumers in the region," says Dovid Spector, director of leasing at NRDC, in a statement. "Renzo Gracie Academy is a unique addition to our tenant mix."
