Built in 1985 and now owned by the Purchase, NY-based NationalRealty & Development Co., Kohl's Plaza is anchored by itsnamesake department store, a long-time tenant, and Stein Mart. Thelatter signed on to co-anchor the property this past August, takinga total of 37,000 sf. Theshopping center has also undergone substantial renovations over thepast year, involving the property's facade, canopies andlandscaping.
