HIGHTSTOWN, NJ – Peddie School, a private secondary institution here, has started a construction project that will renovate and expand its existing Ian H. Graham Athletic Center to a total of 112,000 sf. The project carries a price tag of $38 million.

Completion is slated for September 2010, and when it’s done the project will add a new natatorium that will include a 35-meter pool with spectator seating and ancillary space. A new connecting spine will join the new pool to the existing facility entrance, and once the new pool is completed, the current one will be converted to a fitness center, multi-purpose area, and training and sports-medicine areas.
