Located at Exit 15 of I-78 in western New Jersey, the shoppingcenter is anchored by its namesake Wal-Mart department store, andby a ShopRite supermarket and TJ Maxx. The signing also representsSleepy's 160th store in the Garden State.


Wal-Mart Plaza currently offers up two units available forlease, according to Spector. Those two units are 3,000 sf and 2,160sf respectively.
