"Fameco has taken 2,700 sf at 555 Hwy. US 1, also known asWoodbridge Towers," and according to Famous will take additionalspace as the Woodbridge office continues to staff up."

The office is initially being staffed by Mike Horne, one ofFameco's top producers, whose focus has traditionally been thisregion, and industry veterans Steven Winters and Carlo Caparruva.Michelle Merkel, another Fameco headquarters veteran, will head theadministrative side. The aim, company officials say, is to grow theoffice to between eight and 12 salespeople and property managers by2009. The company currently has more than three million sf ofleasing, disposition and management assignments in thecentral/northern New Jersey region.
