And those unit sales are currently being handled the sales office of another APR project, The Madison, adjacent to The Jefferson's site on Philips Blvd., near Exit 7A of the New Jersey Turnpike here. The cost of developing the new community has not been released; build-out is slated for June 2010.
APR is touting the proximity of the new community to the Princeton area market, and Philadelphia to the south. "It offers buyers commuting convenience," says Paul Csik, SVP of APR.
APR and its affiliated companies have developed more than 15,000 homes in recent years. The company has a new project in the works in Eatontown, NJ, in Monmouth County, the details of which will be released shortly.
