The new medical clinic will provide a center for treatingveterans located in North San Diego County. The Rockefeller Groupintends to “move this project along swiftly so that itwill be up and running as soon as possible,” says TomMcCormick, senior vice president of development for RockefellerGroup Development Corp.

The two-story building will be constructed on three lots at thewest end of Seagate Corporate Center. John Buckel of CapitalPartners Development Co. will serve as the project developmentmanager, with construction scheduled to begin during the fourthquarter of 2008 and be completed in the third quarter of 2010.

The Veterans Administration was represented by Carpenter/RobbinsCommercial Real Estate Inc. in the transaction that led to theRockefeller Group assignment. Leasing agents for the SeagateCorporate Center are Ron King and David Onosko, senior vicepresidents with Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Group ONCORInternational.
