"The first phase is selling quickly, and we can only expect that the rest of the community will be just as hot a commodity," says Paul Csik, SVP of sales and marketing for the Iselin, NJ-based APR. "There is no new construction in Monmouth County at this price point."
Located near routes 18, 35 and 36 and the Garden State Parkway, Mill Pond is being developed by APR affiliate American Properties @ Eatontown LLC. Cost of the project hasn't been released.
Mill Pond is also one of two condo developments APR is currently working on in Central New Jersey. The other is the 235-unit Jefferson in Ewing Twp., near Trenton.
