Pinsel will manage the sales professionals within Colliers' 10offices within the Greater Los Angeles region. The region includesoffices in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardinocounties.

Colliers PCA serves private investors who place their own moneyinto commercial and multifamily real estate investments. MartinPupil, senior managing director of Colliers International in theOrange County and Inland Empire regions, says that Pinsel will helpto carve the group's specialty niche even further in the GreaterLos Angeles marketplace.

Before joining Colliers International, Pinsel was a seniorinvestment adviser at Sperry Van Ness, where he worked with privateclients in the multifamily arena. He is credited with founding andmanaging the firm's Long Beach operations as well as establishingits first international office in Costa Rica.
