Pinsel will manage the sales professionals within Colliers' 10 offices within the Greater Los Angeles region. The region includes offices in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
Colliers PCA serves private investors who place their own money into commercial and multifamily real estate investments. Martin Pupil, senior managing director of Colliers International in the Orange County and Inland Empire regions, says that Pinsel will help to carve the group's specialty niche even further in the Greater Los Angeles marketplace.
Before joining Colliers International, Pinsel was a senior investment adviser at Sperry Van Ness, where he worked with private clients in the multifamily arena. He is credited with founding and managing the firm's Long Beach operations as well as establishing its first international office in Costa Rica.
