Steve Delson, president of DBN, says that the multiple-phase medical center is designed to meet growing need for medical services in San Jacinto/Hemet area, where the population has grown substantially in recent years but services for the growing population have not kept pace. DBN is developing four other projects in the San Jacinto area.
Parkside Medical will be the first medical office facility of its type in the San Jacinto/Hemet valley area, notes Delson. The NAI Capital team that is marketing the property includes John Bosko, Bob Bush, Jeff Linklater and Daniel Walsh.
The two, two-story buildings at Parkside Medical Center will provide individual suites ranging from 1,500 sf and 38,000-sf for medical practitioners. The elevator-served buildings feature covered parking for suite doctors, for staff and for patients.
NAI Capital's Bosko comments that the new project represents "an opportunity for professionals to acquire a medical office suite in an area that has experienced record population growth over the past few years, without the corresponding growth of state-of-the-art medical offices." Moorefield Construction of Santa Ana, CA is the general contractor for the project, which is adjacent to Valleywide Regional Park and minutes from the Hemet Valley Hospital.
