Steve Delson, president of DBN, says that the multiple-phasemedical center is designed to meet growing need for medicalservices in San Jacinto/Hemet area, where the population has grownsubstantially in recent years but services for the growingpopulation have not kept pace. DBN is developing four otherprojects in the San Jacinto area.
Parkside Medical will be the first medical office facility ofits type in the San Jacinto/Hemet valley area, notes Delson. TheNAI Capital team that is marketing the property includes JohnBosko, Bob Bush, Jeff Linklater and Daniel Walsh.
The two, two-story buildings at Parkside Medical Center willprovide individual suites ranging from 1,500 sf and 38,000-sf formedical practitioners. The elevator-served buildings featurecovered parking for suite doctors, for staff and for patients.
