Liquid Realty Partners acquires interests in private real estatefunds, partnerships and trusts on a secondary basis. Itsinvestments, which total $1 billion, range from small, single-fundinterests, to large, multi-fund portfolios; span all globalgeographic markets; include unfunded and primary commitments; andencompass core, core-plus, value-added and opportunisticstyles.

At Redwood, Arens managed the company's residential investmentservices and was responsible for the development and implementationof operating systems and strategic planning. Arens also held seniormanagement roles with Redwood's mortgage conduit subsidiary.

Prior to Redwood, Arens was a managing director at Dorado Corp.,a privately held enterprise software provider for large banks andlenders. His responsibilities included the marketing and sales ofhome lending technology to national accounts.
