Plexus provides product design, supply chain and materialsmanagement, manufacturing, test, fulfillment and aftermarketsolutions to branded product companies in the wireline/networking,wireless infrastructure, medical, commercial, defense, security andaerospace market sectors. The space at 2500 Millbrook Dr. includes 17,422 sf of officespace. The company is also leasing approximately 141,000 sfadjacent to the building, according to a statement from CBRE. Thecompany "has seen increased demand from customers, particularly inthe medical sector," according to a statement released by Plexus.The 92,500-sf building was completed in 1998 and is fully leased,according to information on Millbrook Properties' website. Plexusis also relocating from a 36,000 sf facility in San Jose to a46,000 sf facility eight miles away, according to the Plexusstatement.
