Plexus provides product design, supply chain and materials management, manufacturing, test, fulfillment and aftermarket solutions to branded product companies in the wireline/networking, wireless infrastructure, medical, commercial, defense, security and aerospace market sectors. The space at 2500 Millbrook Dr. includes 17,422 sf of office space. The company is also leasing approximately 141,000 sf adjacent to the building, according to a statement from CBRE. The company "has seen increased demand from customers, particularly in the medical sector," according to a statement released by Plexus. The 92,500-sf building was completed in 1998 and is fully leased, according to information on Millbrook Properties' website. Plexus is also relocating from a 36,000 sf facility in San Jose to a 46,000 sf facility eight miles away, according to the Plexus statement.
