Located at the intersection of Broad Street--Route 35--and Shrewsbury Avenue in this Monmouth County community, Shrewsbury Plaza is anchored by Marshalls, an Acme supermarket, A.C. Moore and Linens N Things. Terms of the L.A. Boxing deal were not released. The shopping center is currently listed with two availabilities totaling approximately 3,900 sf.
