Specifically, James Frank and David Stifelman will head a six-person C&W team out of the firm's East Rutherford, NJ office. The first new mixed-use project in this city in more than 15 years, Liberty Plaza will rise 26 stories, with 300,000 sf of class A office space on its lower floors, 50,000 sf of retail space on its bottom two floors, topped off by a 200-room hotel.
Liberty Plaza's 3.5-acre site is adjacent to the NJ Transit Broad St. rail station and I-280. The location enables office tenants to qualify for the state's new Urban Transit Hub Tax Credit. The site is also within this city's urban enterprise zone.
