Corporate Center Calabasas is an eight-building, 16.2-acreproject where Lincoln Property is developing the three-story,51,654-sf final phase at a 2.2-acre infill site on Agoura Road nearthe intersection of Las Virgenes Road and Ventura (101) Freeway.The new building is scheduled for completion in October.

The Corporate Center buildings are designed for multi-tenant useand are being marketed by the CBRE team of Michael Slater, TomDwyer, and Jennifer Rice. Designed by Neal Scribner Architecture ofThousand Oaks, CA, the new building is being constructed by theThousand Oaks office of project general contractor OltmansConstruction Co. of Whittier, CA.

The Tuscany Square retail project is a lifestyle shopping centerthat is under way at the southwest corner of New Los Angeles andMoorpark avenues. The center, which broke ground in 2007and plansits grand opening in November, will feature a Fresh and Easy Marketand a Walgreens drugstore as anchors. CBRE notes that Fresh andEasy recently opened a market in Simi Valley and is looking atsites in Ventura and Oxnard.

Other Tuscany Square tenants include Netherlands-based Rabobank, several restaurants and, Max Bene, an 8,000-sf European salon andday spa. The space at Tuscany Square is being marketed by CBREretail broker David Rush.
