There, Helm New York, a distributor of food additives and ingredients, and a tenant since 1978, has renewed its lease for 15,000 sf. The company uses the site as its US headquarters. And 20/20 Communications Inc., a production company based in Elk Grove Village, IL, has signed a new lease for just less than 5,000 sf.

The building at 10 Corporate Place S. is within Sudler's Corporate Park 287, which "continues to be attractive to a wide variety of tenants," says Jeff Hale, the company's VP of leasing. The park totals 200 acres, currently with three buildings amounting to about 400,000 sf on 130 of those acres.

And in Lakewood, CBS Outdoor has renewed its lease for 20,000 sf, the entire building at 1245 Towbin Rd. within Sudler's Corporate Park. The out-of-home media company has been in the building, which is within a 250-acre business park with 1.3 million sf of industrial and office space, since 1989. Terms of the various signings were not released.
