Regan will work from the company's Newport Beach, CAheadquarters. He is replacing project manager Kimberly Borges, whohas left for family reasons. However, Regan says the company willcontinue to rely on her expertise.

"We wanted to have a more centralized system, with thedevelopment guys working out of the Newport Beach headquarters,"Regan says. "It's the most efficient handling to have operationsout of one office than all of us going to the differentregions."

Regan, who is from Phoenix, visits every other week or moreoften, depending on projects under development. Voit no longer hasan office at 6720 Scottsdale Rd. in Scottsdale. Regan says about2,000 sf is being built out for a new office at Anthem Gateway, a60,000-sf office building that Voit is developing at 42104 N.Venture Dr. in Anthem. Regan says the office should be ready inabout 60 days.
