The tenant, which is a wholly owned, indirect subsidiary ofPorsche AG, provides automotive leasing and financing products to212 dealers and customers in the US and Canada. The office centerhas visibility along Interstate 88 with the Porsche logo displayedon the top of the seven-story building..


The 167,756-sf building, which was constructed in 1987, is 79.6%leased, according to information on Prime Group's website. Theasking lease rate for the building is between $12 per sf and $22per sf. Building amenities include a deli, conference center andfitness center.
