"David has been serving as the sales manger in the Phoenix andTucson offices since January," says Marcus & Millichappresident and CEO Harvey E. Green. "His experience and skill setwill be a tremendous asset to our clients and agents throughoutArizona and across the Southwest."

Guido joined the national brokerage firm in July 1999, workingout of the Phoenix office. He has served as associate director ofthe national retail group and was a member of the net-leasedproperties group. In 2004, he was promoted to senior associate.

The new manager says he has no plans to make significant changesin operations of the two offices. "I just hope it continues the wayit's been going," he tells GlobeSt.com. "There's plenty of growthin the area. The market has slowed down some, but we've got somegood deals in the works."
